Why we isolate you

Recruiting film is wide so coaches can see every X and O. Best practice is to add a spot shadow, an isolation effect, to show them which one is you.

    Coaches need every X and O in view to see how you read the game, so recruiting film is shot wide.

  2. A spot shadow circles you

    We isolate you in every play, so the coach knows exactly who they are looking at.

  3. Watch you, not your jersey

    They are not there to count the stitches on your jersey. They want to see the play and know which player is you.

You can always zoom in.
You can't zoom out.

Our film is shot wide, so zooming in is always possible, but a close-up can never be pulled back out. We keep the wide view by default so coaches see the whole play. If you want a tighter shot on a play, ask us when you submit your reel details and we will zoom in for you. Zoom in too far and the picture gets soft, so we will help you pick the right amount.

Why a highlight reel

Film is the proof. The reel gets it watched.

  • Coaches are busy.

    Two to three minutes is ideal, with your best plays first. A reel gets you seen before they stop watching.

  • They will not find you by accident.

    Coaches are not combing databases hoping to stumble across a player. A reel is what you put in front of them.

  • It has to look right.

    Poorly edited film makes a viewer stop, no matter how good the athlete is. We handle the editing.
