Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This privacy policy tells you how Next Level Video (www.nlvproductions.com) collects, uses and protects information. It applies to information collected by this website and our services. It explains:

  • What personally identifiable information we collect from you through the website, how it is used and who it may be shared with.
  • What choices you have about the use of your data.
  • The security steps we take to protect your information from misuse.
  • How you can correct any mistakes in your information.

1. Information We Collect

Next Level Video (“NLV”) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. NLV only has access to information that you voluntarily give us by email, account registration, product purchase or other direct contact. This can include:

  • Account information: your name, email address, phone number, password, and whether you are a player, parent, coach or other.
  • Order information: the packages you buy, athlete names, team names, grad years, and your billing details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and we do not store your full card number.
  • Cart email: the email address you type into your shopping cart. We save it as soon as you type it, before you check out or create an account, so we can keep your cart for you and follow up if you do not finish your order.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
  • Usage information: pages you visit, the device and browser you use and similar technical data, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How We Use and Share Information

We do not sell or rent this information to any third party. We use your information to respond to you about the reason you contacted us, to process and deliver your orders, to run and improve our services and to keep the site secure. Unless you ask us not to, we may email you to update you about NLV covered events, products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as payment, email delivery, video hosting, spam and bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA), analytics and hosting providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for any other purpose. We keep your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires a longer period.

3. Google and YouTube API Services

Next Level Video’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. This includes using the information solely for managing the Live Stream section of your YouTube account. We do not transfer this information to other apps or use it for any other purpose.

Our application uses YouTube API Services to fetch live stream details and manage live stream content. By using our app, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Our use of YouTube API Services also follows Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

When you use our application we may collect and store certain data from your device or YouTube account, including your YouTube account ID, video metadata and live stream information. This data is collected through YouTube API Services using Google’s OAuth2 protocol, which keeps the transfer secure. We use this data only to manage live streams, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the services described in this policy.

You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time on the Google Security Settings page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Once access is revoked, we can no longer retrieve data from your YouTube account.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, but parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our film features young athletes, but our website and accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents and guardians create the account, place the order and give us the athlete’s name and team. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. You can do any of the following at any time by contacting us at the email address or phone number on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change or correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Tell us about any concern you have about our use of your data.

Depending on where you live, such as California and some other states, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, including the right to know, correct and delete your information. We do not sell personal information. To use any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires.

7. Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you send sensitive information through the website, it is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), it is encrypted and sent to us securely. You can check this by looking for a closed lock icon in your browser’s address bar, or by checking that the address of the page begins with “https”.

Besides using encryption online, we protect information offline. Only employees who need the information to do a specific job (for example billing or customer service) can see personally identifiable information. The computers and servers that hold personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

8. Why Did You Receive an Email From Us?

If you received an email from us, you signed up for emails during account registration or checkout (“opt-in”), or you have registered, purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us or one of our partners. If you entered your email address in your cart but did not complete your order, we may email you a reminder about the items in your cart. Each of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete the address. Every email has an automated button to stop receiving email from us. Follow the instructions in the email to unsubscribe from future emails. If you have done so and still get unwanted or unsolicited email, please forward it with your comments to info@nlvproductions.com for review.

9. Updates and Contact

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. All updates will be posted on this page with the date it was last updated. If you feel we are not following this privacy policy, contact us right away by phone at (470) 615-6389 or by email at info@nlvproductions.com.
